Product description
This course introduces the core concepts of epidemiology and the practice of evidence-based medicine (EBM). It covers measures of disease frequency, study designs, causation, and key statistical tools for health research.
Learners will explore the five steps of EBM—asking, acquiring, appraising, applying, and assessing evidence. Ethical considerations, historical milestones, and case studies are included to build context.
By the end, participants will be able to critically evaluate medical literature and apply evidence to improve patient care and public health.
